You may not use Civic Offices to send or store content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or extortionate;
- impersonates a government agency, court, law enforcement, or another person, or mimics official notices, seals or forms in a misleading way;
- is a debt-collection communication unless you are permitted to send it, or makes false claims of legal action;
- is unsolicited bulk advertising, or violates postal, CAN-SPAM, TCPA or fax-advertising laws;
- contains malware, or infringes others' intellectual property or privacy;
- violates the acceptable-use policies of our providers (including Lob for print-and-mail).
You may not probe or circumvent security, scrape at abusive rates, share credentials, or use agent credentials beyond granted scopes. We may decline, hold, or cancel any transmission and suspend accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse: [email protected] (mailbox not yet active).
